Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for the optional VIP subscription offered through MiAITool (the "Service"), operated by MiAITool Inc.. It applies to every paid subscription purchased through the Service and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Free Tools and Free Accounts

Every AI image tool on the platform can be used for free, as a visitor or with a free member account, and results never carry a watermark. No payment information is required to use the free plans, so there is nothing to cancel and no charge to refund unless you have chosen to upgrade to VIP.

3. VIP Subscription - Price and Billing

VIP is a single, clearly priced yearly subscription. Before you pay, the plan card shows the full amount that will be charged.

• Price: $19.99 USD per year. This is the complete price for twelve months of VIP access.
• Billing cycle: yearly - a single payment covers twelve months of VIP access and is charged in advance.
• Payment method: payments are processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Currency and taxes: the price is shown in US dollars. Any sales tax, VAT or similar charges required by your jurisdiction are included where applicable; we do not add hidden processing fees.
• No credit system: VIP is not a pay-per-image or credit-based product. You are not charged per generation.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your VIP subscription at any time from your PayPal account or by emailing us.

1. Option 1 - from PayPal: log in to your PayPal account, go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, select MiAITool and choose Cancel.
2. Option 2 - by email: send us a cancellation request from the email address linked to your account at support@miaitool.com and we will cancel the subscription for you.

After cancelling, you keep full VIP access until the end of the current paid period. We do not charge any cancellation or termination fee.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you upgrade. If VIP is not right for you, the following refund rules apply.

• 3-day refund window: you may request a full refund of your most recent VIP charge within 3 days of that charge being made.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged an incorrect amount, we will refund it in full - just let us know.
• After the 3-day window: charges become non-refundable, including partial months or years that have already passed. You can still cancel your subscription at any time.
• Terminated accounts: fees are not refunded where an account was suspended or terminated because of a violation of our Terms of Service.
• Your statutory rights: if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a legal right of withdrawal or cancellation (for example, EU or UK consumers), those statutory rights are not affected by this policy and always take precedence where they give you stronger protection.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@miaitool.com with the subject line "VIP Refund Request" and include the email address on your account, the PayPal transaction or receipt ID, the date of the charge and the reason for your request. We review every request and normally respond within one to two business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through PayPal. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first - most issues are resolved quickly by email. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in temporary suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated. We cooperate fully with PayPal's dispute-resolution process.

8. Price Changes

We may change the VIP price in the future. If the price changes, the new price will be shown clearly on our pricing page before it applies to you, and we will give you reasonable advance notice before the new price takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
